On founding the club in 2011, Maurice Warner’s vision was to raise funds in support of charities and local good causes – and since then our total disbursements have amounted to some £40,000.
In 2025 we collected a total of £4930 and disbursed:

- £1000 to Arthur Rank Hospice Charity
- £250 to Marie Curie Cancer Care
- £1000 to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices
- £250 to Eve Appeal
- £250 to The Samaritans
- £250 to Pets as Therapy
- £500 to Breast Cancer UK
- £250 to Great Chishill Windmill Trust
