Numbers depleted to two riders today – John T and Andrew R completed a Barley- Barkway- Great Hormead- Brent Pelham- Clavering Lakes circuit with a photo stop at the memorial to F/O Archie F. Daniels Flying with the 83rd Fighter Squadron who crashed his P-47D just after takeoff.
Coffee stop was planned for Clavering Lakes however, it was closed. Thankfully Kell’s daughter Aislinn came to the rescue with some grand filter coffee.
Back at the Pheasant we had a surprise vist by Vernon.
